as an "insider"...i think all cardmembers should read ahead. as an individual, i don't agree with the info. i'm simply informing you. amex will not be over-nighting cards to hardly anyone anymore. you can escalate the call, yell at the rep, supervisor, threaten to cancel(which in amex eyes, does u more harm than them)...threaten to use a different type of credit card, etc. all the letters, yelling at reps, asking for superviors, i swear, will get you nowhere. nothing will. this is a big co. with their legal advisors and... read full review »
