I paid the advertised price of $1.95 for processing the downloading of a kit for grants, which consisted of a series of links to government agencies that provide grants "not to individuals" although the advertizing claimed such individual grants were available. I look for the hidden charges, such as monthly or other reoccuring fee, and even called the on-line phone number before providning my debt card for the $1.95 processing fee.
