I purchased an Air Soft gun from Airsoft Atlanta in May, 2009. It was new in its original box. When I gave it to my son 10 days later, he opened it up and immediately noticed that the "Site" was crooked so you couldn't use it to aim. I attempted to bring it back to Airsoft Atlanta but they said their return policy is only 5 days.
