If you go to the siite www.rottenneighbor.com you will notice a big pink flamingo advertising a contest. Well this contest started in August and ended in September. The ad is still there...as are all of the entries. I was one of the entries and it appeared I may have even won one of the categories but lo and behold I would never find out. I have emailed this company numerous times..no response. I have snail mailed this company and included a self addressed stamped envelope...no response.
