I called to cancel product before next shipment went out and was told their system was down, they took my name & number and promised to call back to finish my request...no call ever called and a week later I got another shipment and was billed. Next thing I know I have been over charged like crazy! In one month, (08/07 - 8/29), I was charged $247.75, I have called three times to speak with a manager and no one ever calls me back!
