I buy a laptop for university. The sales person is insistent that I buy the insurance plan with it. He mentions how the insurance plan will cover all sorts of damages to the laptop, how there is a toll free number to call for assistance, how ppl will come to my house to fix it and how after 3 repairs I will be eligible for a new laptop.
