They made me seem like i went crazyyy, and i still think i am going crazy... I logged on to my account, and through the years of being a renter, i dont know if i opened another account other than the one i had, or any of them deleted because of i dont trust them. I used to log on to my account and it said Staus, Verifying with Apartment... and it will take 4-6 weeks. That was all great. But this was a few weeks ago, now there is NO status of any claim.
