I have had a Bank America credit card for years and have no problems with your company. My son is a student at Penn State and we opened him up a checking account with your bank. He and I have had no experience with atm cards. He overdrafted his card for $69.57 and your bank charged his account $405.00. You never contacted him or myself until two weeks had past even though you had a telephone number on us. Do you not think $405.00 is a bit overboard for a $69.57 mistake?
