I was charged 89.31 for Fastmelts that I did not order. I was told if I returned them registered mail and call back with a tracking number that I would receive my refund immediately. Well that was Nov 13, 2008 I still have not received it. I have called 10-12 times since then and now today 1/13/2008 I was on hold over 20 mins and hung up on was I stated my complaint! What a scam!
