Those folks seem to lack any sense of consumer relations. After paying for a maintenance program online, I never received a license in key -- so I'm unable to use the product. My emails to "Support" requesting a key have been totally ignored. There seems to be no support available. The company is either selling vaporware or trying to retail products with little or no follow-up. I'm wondering what type of watchdog service might be able to put the brakes upon this type of outfit.
