Did you know that BBB processed a total of 5 complaints about jd byrider business in the last 36 months. Of the total 5 complaint closed in the last 36 months, 2 were closed in the last 12 months. The only way to really have our voices heard is to go through and file a complaint with the BBB. I was shocked to find my jd store had a A+ rating. We have to start now!
