This man was called to fix my furnace, which was not working. He came out and worked on it and replaced a part that cost over $500. The furnance started up and ran while he was here. The next day, it shut down again. He came out twice and looked at it, but never fixed it. He left me in the cold with a non-working furnace. Here merely replaced an expensive part that did in no way solve the problem. During his trips he created and left a nasty sooty mess, tore a fixtue out of the ceiling with his careless work.
