Drive Financial who is now Santander is ripping me off big time, looking for advise or some directions. I obtained a loan in August 2006 and have made timely payments witht the exception of a few months. As of Septembeer 2009 I have a loan balance of almost $19, 000 after 3 years of payments. The interest is extremely high which they have refused to reduce. I have requested a payment history and they have yet to send it to me after several request. One of their reps stated that my payments have been applied to interest which is why I owe more than what the orignal loan amount was, which is illegal. Help anybody? read full review »
