Roto-Rooter had the worst service ever! The plumber busted the outside wall of my house using a hammer to get into the pipe that leaked, cut the pipe, capped it off and charged me for $500! To top it all, he said that the company will not be resposible for repairing the damages he had done! I was so mad! If they don't settle this, I might end up going to a small claims court! read full review »
