Outrigger is a total scam. They even have the law firgured out to the fine point it keeps them out of jail. It's take it or leave it junk mail at best. They have a bogus 2nd party ad company recuiting with non existing free gifts to get you to attend...then poof...nothing..they tell you it's not their company..sorry.
