Call received by Kathy Hiatt: Telemarketer said he was "verifying" our information for a Yellow Pages Listing and said we had had an account with them for four years (lie) and this was simply "renewing" our account. I found out the next day we did not have an account with them and called to cancel. He would not speak about canceling, referred me to their "Accounting" Dept.
