A portion of my complaint is in the letter below sent to American Express, sent on 9 Sep 09. I have filed five letters with them beginning in July 09, the latter three requesting a customer service manager call me. They have not responded to this request. My issue with them is simple. I was given a $2K credit limit when I applied for the subject card. Prior to this, I had a Northwest Airlines WorldPerks Visa with a $15K credit limit.
