I sent a laptop battery in for refill and they (EBattery or BatteryRefill - both the same company) kept it, didn't answer emails, or phone messages. This is a Business Fraud! All '800' numbers are 'temporarily unavailable'. Please report this to the U.S. Attorney's Office, as they are a complete Fraud. read full review »
