I booked a hotel room through Travelocity. I paid in advance for the room. When I arrived at the hotel Travelocity had not sent them any information about the reservation, when they called Travelocity, they were told Travelocity could not find the reservation, depsite the fact that I had the confirmation email and transaction number. After waiting more than an hour on the phone, the hotel provided me a room, after I agreed that if Travelocity did not confirm the reservation, I would pay for the room again, directly to the hotel.
