I am like a lot of you on here in the respect that I have spent the last 3wks. Going round and round with the worse customer service dept. of ANY company I have ever dealt with. I had issues with a rebate that I had not received since the end of Jan.08 for $100. I also was charged to reactivation fees for two phones for a mis-communications error between depts. that they even admitted to doing. All the cost.
