Over several months tvonpcelite charged my credit card for services I did not receive. I made many attempts to contact the tvonpcelite customer service group using the telephone # provided to me by my credit card company. It was always busy. I just received the tvonpcelite customer service email address from credit card company today. I sent an email requesting a refund.
