I have had accounts with Citibank for about 30 years. Everything from checking account to mortgage. Last month my payment to them was $700 instead of $724. They hit me with so many extra charges that my account went over limit. I wired transferred $1200 the day I was notified. Regardless, they have increased my interest rate from 15.24% to 25.99 %.
