My complaint is the same as all the rest. I only wish I'd done my research before following the lemmings into this disgusting pool of internet scam carcasses. I waited over a month for my template or any correspondence regarding the $200 I paid (100 template, 100 hosting) and 10 for a new domain. NOTHING EVER CAME.
