ordered a two products online. only rec'd one. called for two weeks and left messages on vm. finally called today to return the first product and get a refund for the product that i never rec'd. they refused to credit me for what they never sent. insisted on sending me out another one- and was told i wouldn't be able to return it. totally rude and harassment from 'the supervisor' who hung up on me, and when i called back let the call go to vm. filed a better business bureau complaint. read full review »
