My wife ordered a Pedicure Trimmer to trim our dog's nails. We received the trimmer but some of the parts were missing. My wife tried contacting Pedicure to rectify the problem. They said they would send us the missing parts. Nothing came. A second phone call was made at which time they denied that the first phone call had been made and that we would have to return the trimmer in order to receive a replacement.
