Andy Brown claiming to be with American Legal Processing Division called my work phone claiming I owed a payday loan. He wanted me to fax him a letter of apology and authorization to debit my bank account. He had all my information, including my social security number, bank routing but needed my account number. I explained I would send nothing without receiving written notification of the debt and Andy Brown stated that they would not send anything in writting.
