They took money out of my account in June of 09 and i sent their product back to them now they wont't refund my money telling me "I didn't send it back properly" how do you not send it back right if they received it and it was unopened.. and netspend has done nothing to help, , i am on a very fixed income, due to being disabled, , and no one seems to care that they stole from me.. how do i fix this, i have contacted everyone i can think of. still no results.
