My PFS term life insurance policy has lapsed because my money order did not reach them on time and their Customer Service department claims that they are not equipped to accept payments by phone, via credit card or on-line. In 1994, I invested in Primerica Life Insurance policy because they provided a very good term life policy. By recently having to close my checking account it did not occur to me that there would be a problem making my monthly payments.
