My recent bank statement reflected an unapproved charge of $29.95. Both the website www.fit-fac.com and the number 866-407-1022 were listed on my statement. I called to request a credit and received one. The customer service provider gave me his "pitch" explaining how when I signed up for the free sample (+$3.95 S&H) there was verbiage on that same website telling me that I'd be enrolled for the Bonus Program unless I cancelled within 7 days.
