My car was hit by an illegal alien driver who had first acceptance insurance. The representative from first acceptance was rude, initially said she wasn't even sure that they would cover anything since their driver was in jail. It took them two weeks to even send someone to evaluate the damage to my undrivable car. As expected, they totalled it and offered $3000 than the replacement value based on a web search of similar vehicles.
