I too was doing a survey and signed up for the "free" trial of Ivory White. It was an 8-day trial, but of course if you don't cancel in 8 days they charge you. I was charged $190 and couldn't get a refund. I of course was welcome to return the product, but would not get a refund. Being the monthly product arrived 8 days after my trail period tells me they shipped and set up charges to be processed prior to the 8 days being up.
