ordered the "trial" offer. Missed the 14day deadline for cancellation and emailed them to please cancel and stop shipment. I had to send more than one email before I receiced a reply which was no problem, however - oops! to late to stop the next shipment. 3 more shipment have been sent since the cancellation in July and I have refused delivery from the post office of all 3. Everytime I email regarding the cancellation and my refund, I keep getting the runaround.
