First, I have an account with AT&T. When I set up my account I told AT&T that I was the only person authorized to make any decisions regarding my account. They know this and even ask me verifying questions when I call. Second, in a very deceitful manner, my office was contacted 3 years ago. They spoke to an employee who was with my company for only 5 months and never was authorized to purchase or make any business decisions for my company.
