America's Servicing Company and US Bank Assoc. are the selle(s) of a property we are trying to purchaase in Victorville, CA. The escrow was supposed to close on the 3rd of September 2009. It is now the 10th of September and it still hasn't closed due the seller not performing their obligation. We've done everything we were supposed to do prior to the closing date and the seller keeps stalling with one excuse after another - the last one (as of September 9. 2009) being they have to re-draw the deed.
