After waiting at a counter for 20 minutes the customer service rep asked me if I had signed in. I didn't know of any sign in list and was shown a clipboard near the door. There was no sign telling cutomers to sign in and the clip board was lying down so you couldn't see it unless you knew to look for it. So the rep says I have to go to the end of the line even though she knew I was there the whole time.
