Below is an email I sent to the Govenor of Missouri. To whom it may concern, I am a non-custodial parent of 3 boys. I had been paying child support monthly since 2001 until I lost my job on February 25, 2009. I have emailed over 400 resumes and made hundreds of phone calls seeking employment.
