I ordered this product for 1.95 and then got a cd and called and cancelled and was told to send it back and they woudl refund my money, long story short i cx in april and was told it would take about 2 weeks, i spoke to several people and have them all wrote down, and as well i called about every 3 wks.. and was reassured it was a mistake and that they would be refunding me asap.. needless to say that never happened and now thier number is disconnected.
