Last week I tried calling Excel Granite numerous times to find out their showroom hours. I ended up leaving 2-3 messages and never received a callback. Finally, a week later, I got through to someone named Aliny. I ask her what her showroom hours are today, and she tells me "10am-5pm" with a very sharp foreign accent. So I drive over - the prices are great, so I'm willing to drive 45-minutes+ to see the showroom - only to get there at 2pm and the shop is closed!
