I purchased several items at one of their auctions. When I went to pick up my items they were not there. I was told that I should have picked them up sooner. Rosemarie told me she would try to locate my items and would call me in a few days as she was going away. She never called. I called her on 9/28/09 regarding my items and she told me that they would only give me a partial credit to be used at their next auction. She said that they did not know that the items had sold. I told her that I did not intend on going back to their auctions and wanted a full refund. She has not gotten back to me. read full review »
