An A&E service person was supposed to come to my house between 1 &5 but called at 1:30 to say he'd run out of parts. I've spoken with several people at A&E and it's one excuse after another. My question to the company, which no one can answer is, "?If the repirman cannot count, do you think I want him to fix my oven ?" Customer service was useless and now I'm expected to wait another week for repair and take off more time from work. DISGUSTED!!! read full review »
