Similar to other complaints filed against this company, this company calls and trys to get you to buy a toner cartridge from you. We told them we are not interested and they still sent the toner cartridge and charges 5 times the normal price for the toner cartridge even though you do not approve the purchase. They do not pay to send it back so when we did not send it back, they continue to bug and threaten to send you to the collectors and charge finance charges if you do not pay.
