I placed an order via internet on 1/03/2009 and the next day I received an order confrimation from this company stating my order would be shipped as soon as possible. No big deal, when I placed my order I was told that it would take 5 business days to receive it. I wasn't worried until day 6 came and when with no word from True Value. Thinking that there must be something wrong or maybe the items were on back order I called True Value and left a voicemail for both customer service reps.
