They offered free CD for leaning Microsoft Office. For this I was asked to pay $ 6.83 for postage and handling, which I paid with my Debit card. This month I get another CD (intermediate) for which I did not place any order. They charged me $85.18. I am frightened that they might do it again. They do not respond to the phone calls.
