When I called customer service they said I should check the website for order status. When I checked the website it failed to give me any information after submitting credit card info, phone number, email address, last name and zipcode. So I called the ordering number and was told that I had to wait 48 hours from the time of the ordrr to cancel. I called after48 hours and was told that it was shipped and that I would have to refuse the package, and when the company received it, I would then received an adjustment on my credit card. This is a waste of time, and since I used my credit/debit card, has tied up some of my cash. read full review »
