My daughter works at Hardee's while also attending college. She has worked off and on for Hardee's for 8 years. She never turns down a 2AM call for her to come in at 4AM - or to work over - or do what ever it takes - she has even worked split shifts - just to help out. She is a Shift Leader and today she found out that a co-worker who has only been employed approximately 3 months was was promoted to a shift leader and is making .75 cents more an hour than my daughter!!!
