Never ever take your child here!! My son is eight years old, and was going in for a cavity. He was prepared, he knew what was going to happen and why it needed to happen. When we went in he asked the tech assistant( who i don't know her name- she's the only asian girl in the office) to tell him before they gave him the shot. (so he can be ready!)
