I purchased a cell phone in FL, 4/23/08. I mailed in the rebate option to AT&T. I did not receive a reply. June 09 I noticed there was a program on TV, regarding the scams of mail-in rebates. I immediately called AT&T regarding my rebate. I was told they them never received my rebate form. And they could not process it with the current number (I now have a SC #).
