In SEPTEMBER 2008 we were convinced by Bernie Klinger that he and Chester Birchwood would install a solar thermal heating system which would help save on our heating bills. They wrote up a contract and stated on it that they would be done in 30 days. They took over $24000 in payments, $6000 which was specifically for tanks and it is a year later and we still don't have a system that saves us any money.
