My husband's doctor performed an X-Ray at this facility. The doctor was in our Blue Shield network. Main Street was adjacent to the doctor's office. The desk clerk at Main Street asked for his insurance card upon check-in but did not disclose that the facility was out of Blue Shield's network of medical services providers. As a result, we received an $1, 800.00 bill of which we had to pay out of pocket and in addition the $1, 800.00 was not applied to our deductible. We really feel Main Street is a deceitful business.
