Cancell your Capital One Card and don't ever plan on getting reasonable help from the Associates of Investigative Solutions of India!!! Following the advice of the BBB regarding a company that went bankrupt I tried to work with my Capital One Credit Card company for help with a fraud or dispute over a purchase from another company.
